To ensure everyone's time is valued, we adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy, with a full charge for no-shows and half-price for late cancellations. Scheduling your appointment is your agreement to these terms. Please note that membership sessions do not roll over, and any pause in the membership must be limited to a maximum of three months. Additionally, purchased services are non-refundable, but we offer the flexibility to apply the amount towards alternative services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to maintain a harmonious and respectful space for the well-being of all.
